Request your station
Send your email on the contact page (or DM Thugster on Discord). You can try it free for 1 day first. We reach out to set it up with you.

The bot comes to your room
We send the VuRadio bot to your IMVU room. It walks in, takes a seat and greets people as they arrive.

Make it a mod and type !install
Make the bot a moderator of your room, then type
!installin room chat. The bot sets up the room radio itself. That is the whole install: nothing to download for you, and nothing for your guests. - 4
Make it yours
Choose the bot's outfit with
!lookand move it with!move. - 5
Ask the room to play something
Anyone types
!pfollowed by a song name in room chat and it plays for everybody at once. Cached tracks start in about 60 milliseconds.
02What your guests can do once it is running
Everything happens in room chat. The most used commands are !p to play something now, !q to see what is coming, !np for the track playing now, and !skip to move on. The full command list has all 39.
03If your room is Access Pass only
Some IMVU rooms only let Access Pass accounts through the door, and a regular bot account cannot get in. AP Room Access is an add-on that sends an AP bot to that room instead, for +$1 or +₹75 per room per month.
04Common problems
🔇 Nothing plays.
Check the bot is a moderator in your room, then type !install again in room chat.
🙉 One person cannot hear it.
Have them leave and re-enter the room, or type !sync.
💤 It stops when you close your PC.
That is the Desktop App behaving normally. Web Radio 24/7 runs on the server and does not stop.
