01Why a normal bot cannot get in
IMVU lets a room owner restrict entry to Access Pass holders. That restriction applies to every account equally, including a radio bot. If your room is AP only and your bot runs on a regular account, it is refused at the door, so it never takes a seat, never greets anyone, and the room gets no music. Nothing is broken; it simply was not allowed in.
02What AP Room Access does
It is an add-on, priced per room. The station you apply it to is served by a bot running on an Access Pass account instead of the regular one, so it walks into an AP-only room like any other AP member. Everything else behaves exactly the same: the same commands, the same stream, the same control room.
or +₹75 INR per room. Added on top of your Web Radio 24/7 plan. Web Radio × 2 with both rooms on AP is $12 / ₹825 a month.
03You choose per room, not per account
This matters if you run several rooms. Each room is set to GA or AP on its own, so you can have your main room on a regular bot and one AP-only room on the AP bot, and pay the add-on only for the room that needs it. You can move a room from GA to AP, or back, whenever you like. The listener link does not change.
04How to add it
If you already have a station, ask for it and the room is switched over. If you are starting fresh, set the room up first with the normal setup guide and add AP to it afterwards.
